The pristine white marble floors of the living room overlook the turquoise blue waters of the Andaman Sea and Phuket Bay. From here, you will get a magnificent view of two islands, namely Koh Maprao and Koh Rang Yai.

Villa Kalipay offers a luxurious common area that is bound to cater to the likes of fine travelers who have a special taste for lavishness. While at the villa, you can play any music of your choice on the advanced Sonos sound system. The master bedroom is encased with glass doors and windows and ensures its guests a crystal-clear panoramic view of the sea outside. In this room, you will find a spacious walk-in closet as well as a plush attached bathroom that is equipped with a large soaker bathtub and an outdoor shower surrounded with frangipani plants and palm trees, so you have all the privacy you need. The villa also has two guest bedrooms in the lower level with attached bathroom and a joint outdoor seating area equipped with comfortable furniture to enjoy your afternoon tea. The bedrooms 2 & 3 on the upper level of the villa both have individual bathrooms & balconies. Every fixture and decoration inside the villa has been handpicked individually so that they appeal to the sensibilities of those staying. While feeling mesmerized inside, do not forget to spend some quality time with your near and dear ones at the swimming pool near the deck.


There is a selection of options for each meal served at Villa Kalipay. You can choose to eat outdoors on the balcony while the colour of the sky changes from one pastel shade to another during sunset or even dine indoors under the chandelier while the cool breeze blows in through the windows. For breakfast, you can eat in the kitchen if you wish to see fishing boats pass by or pick a place of your choice if you want to experience something different. For every option you choose, Villa Kalipay will create a different ambience with the help of appropriate music and lights.

There are plenty of things to choose from if you are looking for activities to be part of while staying at Villa Kalipay. You can practice some pilates or yoga if you wish to feel active or you can watch a classic movie if you rather relax. There are selection of beautiful beaches located few minutes away from the villa and if you like, you can make a trip to one of the many golf courses or enjoy the islands of Phang Nga Bay by chartering a Yacht in any nearby marinas.
