Location Hirafu Village, Niseko, Japan.

Capacity: 6 adults and 2 children (3 bedrooms with double beds that can be configured as twins: ensuite master bedroom, two guest bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom. The tatami room can sleep 2 children on futons.).

Living areas: Living room with sofa seating and a television; double-height atrium; dining room with seating for 8; modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools; loft lounge for children; rooftop deck with barbecue balcony.

Staff: An on-call driver is available during winter season.

Additional staff: such as a spa therapist and babysitter are available upon request at extra cost.

Dining: Olaf House is self-catering. A welcome pack of breakfast supplies is included (for stays minimum of 2 nights). A private chef may be booked in advance for a unique in-house dining experience, or a decadent hamper can be ordered for delivery (extra charge).

Communication: WiFi broadband internet access.

Entertainment: Flat-screen television with Apple TV in the living room.

For families" Olaf House is an excellent choice for families with children. Toys and high chairs are available on request and fun-filled activities
such as tea ceremony demonstrations, sushi making lessons and traditional drumming lessons may be booked in advance.

Spa: Treatments selected from a comprehensive spa menu can be carried out in the chalet by professional beauty therapists (extra
charge applies).

Transport: can be arranged to recommended onsen within Hirafu.

The Neighborhood

Centrally located in Lower Hirafu, Olaf House enjoys proximity to the attractions of the village yet is tucked away in a peaceful street. Take advantage of its location and explore some of Niseko’s best bars and restaurants while strolling around. Famous bars nearby include the ‘fridge door’ Bar Gyu and off-the-beaten-path izakayas such as Yui and Kougetsu. A little further uphill, The Barn by Odin, Bar Moon and the magnificent and ever-popular
Ezo Seafoods await, but do seek assistance from our concierge to make reservations in advance. The Grand Hirafu Gondola Station is 1.6km or a seven-minute drive, with our on-call driver service available daily from 8am - 6pm in winter season. Once at the base of Mount Annupuri, ski slopes ranging from expert to beginner are easily accessible, along with a wide selection of excellent ski schools, snow activities and mountain restaurants.
